Techlahoma Job Board - Terms of Service for Employers

Welcome to the Techlahoma Job Board! Before you post a job listing, please carefully review and agree to the following terms of service:

1. Eligibility: By posting a job listing on the Techlahoma Job Board, you affirm that you are authorized to represent the company or organization seeking to fill the advertised position.
2. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information in your job listings, including but not limited to job title, description, requirements, and application details.
3. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination, in your job postings and hiring practices.
4. Responsibility for Content: You acknowledge that Techlahoma does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any job listing posted on the Techlahoma Job Board. You are solely responsible for the content of your job postings and any consequences arising from them.
5. Intellectual Property: You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property included in your job postings.
6. Privacy: You agree to respect the privacy of job seekers and to handle any personal data collected in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
7. Prohibited Content: You agree not to post job listings that contain misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content, including but not limited to false or misleading job descriptions, pyramid schemes, or unlawful discrimination.
8. User Conduct: You agree to interact with job seekers and other users of the Techlahoma Job Board in a professional and respectful manner.
9. Modification or Removal of Listings: Techlahoma reserves the right to modify or remove any job listing that violates these terms of service or for any other reason, without prior notice.
10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Techlahoma and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of the Techlahoma Job Board or any breach of these terms of service.
11. Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms: Techlahoma reserves the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Techlahoma website. Your continued use of the Techlahoma Job Board after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
